I started as a software engineer with a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, working on projects in the civilian sector, as well as for NASA and DARPA. I eventually realized that my personality was not suited to sitting in a cubicle all day. I moved into product marketing and stayed there until my company was sold to another. I attempted to create an adoption business, Southern Russia Adoptions, but I could not make that work. Now my income comes from my IT consulting business, PC Cobbler. The initial intent of this website was to provide potential employers a view of my skills which cannot be obtained via a resume, with my creative writing style characterized as Tom Swift meets Hunter Thompson. I realize that Pandora, Helene, and Phoebe joyride in space employs language rarely used in corporate communications. Do not go looking for me at Facebook or LinkedIn.
